Yes, Genius said the work order was submitted yesterday for my car.

No ETA for being at the dealership yet.

You can call BMW Genius and they will give you the vessel name. There are websites you can use to track the GPS location of the vessel.

Genius told me my work order was in today. Hopefully it does not take more than a couple days to turnaround.

Thanks for the info. I was on hold with them for about 30 minutes, but was never transferred to an agent and decided I will call back later.

My sales rep told me the car left the port on December 28th, so hopefully by the 15th it's here with no issues.

Unfortunately I do not. I attempted to call BMW Genius, but I was unable to speak to an agent to find out the ship name. I was on hold twice for too long, that I finally gave up.

If your ship left Germany on the 29 of December you are on the Horizon Highway with me. Expected to make port in Georgia on the 12th then on to Galveston.

My M3 was on Orion Highway and arrived in Galveston this past week. Mine is affected by the audio module stop sale, and the work order was also issued onthe 4th. No ETA currently.

Mine has been in the Galveston port since 12/26 waiting for the RAM chip repair. 2 weeks there so far and no movement. Who knows how much longer this can take but at least 2-3 weeks is my guess.

Same here. My M3 was in Galveston on 12/26 and still no updates or movement. I tried calling Genius and Dealer but there is no ETA on when the RAM will be fixed. Ughhh

Mines been in Galveston since 12/26 as well. I haven't spoken to a genius about our location but the Brunswick vpc apparently is averaging 8 weeks. 🤢
