Just back from the shop. Got full PPF, ceramic coat on the PPF and wheels, and tint all around.

Have you seen the thread on here “someone is trying to steal my car”? Covering the plates requires the thieves to actually come to your physical location to get the plates which is required to get a new key from BMW. That’s how he figured out someone was trying to steal his ride. They snapped a picture of his plate in his driveway.

You need a lot more than that. Here you need a copy of your license & registration for the car.

It’s the same requirement at all BMW dealerships I believe. These are all items that can be duplicated/faked. Also they believe there could be someone at the dealership helping. Interesting read if you have time to. BMW needs to change the policy to have the car present to get a new key. Even if it has to be towed to the dealership.

Some people have asked about this color combo and couldn’t believe I found one in the wild. Sorry I didn’t get more and better pictures.

Doing an updated post. New wheels are on. Ton of compliments. People are just taken back between the IOMG/Kaylami and the bronze finish wheels. Dare I say, a lot of different ��

I order a clean version of GTS tail lights (OEM housing colors) and they are currently being modified to add an additional brake light on the inner housings. I would be the 1st with a custom set.

The other thing that I can't really decide on is the grill. Wifey loves It as is, I'm okay with it.. if they had a carbon fiber version of the oem grill, I'd order it. The one I like, is the modified version of the GT style grill by bayoptiks sells (lower bar is cut around the ACC).

There might be a few more interior carbon fiber bits I may order but we will see. Anyway, here's some updated photos taken yesterday.

I think bronze wheels look super cool. I have IOMG as well. I want 1000m wheels in bronze. Yours looks great! Nice job!

I briefly thought about this combo before opting for Tartufo. It actually looks pretty nice in that photo!

Here’s my girl Isla. Fresh off the truck today! Looks like I won the tire lottery too! It’ll be a long wait until I fly to Germany next month to drive her home!

One year ago today, I took delivery of my IOMG 6MT 2022 G82 M4 after a 345 day wait from the time I ordered it. As a result, I got one of the last 2022s built, with the Priduction Date of June 27, 2022, and I got the 50th Anniversary badges. I traded in my Sakhir Orange 2015 F82 and I have NOT looked back. As good as it was, BMW took the G82 to the next level. My G82 has the Tartufo full leather interior with the carbon fiber interior package, Executive Package, 825M bi-color wheels, moonroof, comfort seats, and no Shadowline Package or exterior carbon fiber package.
I won the tire lottery, the Michelin PS4S tires are excellent. The long

I now have 7066 miles on it and have had no issues other than a curbed righ rear wheel last year (repaired) and vandalized tire on the same wheel a couple of months ago.

Any regrets? NO!!! I absolutely love this car.

Here are a few pics. The last one was taken a couple of weeks ago at the parking garage in Old Sacramento across from the California State Railroad Museum.
