I think it's just a lease loyalty credit but I'm not sure

My CA just informed me that 2022 G80 M3 Comp AWD is not eligible for Loyalty Credit. I asked if he meant we still don't know whether it'll be eligible or not? He said, no, it is currently confirmed that it is not eligible, but that may change in the future.

Either way he said I can sell my BMW and the credit is good for within 12 months of ownership. I'm scheduled to renew my registration anyway so I'll go ahead and renew then probably just sell it and keep a copy of the registration in case the loyalty credit becomes available before I take delivery.

Interesting... I do see that 2022s on the BMW's special offer site aren't there (at least for my zip). So maybe that's why? I imagine probably before you take delivery that the offers would be out there and updated. Not sure if I have ever seen loyalty not being offered. I have taken advantage every time I have purchased. Hope that it shows up for you. Every little bit helps

Yes the 2022 M3/M4 don't show up for me either, which is why I asked my CA if he meant those aren't available yet. But he said they know that they are not available, unless BMW add them later

I'm thinking he's not well informed and those will eventually show up

Hey guys,

Found a Dravit Grey M3 with Fiona Red seats in Manual at a dealership nearby in Southern California and they said the person who ordered it bought another m3 somewhere else so it was up for grabs.

I picked it up since this dealership didn't have markup. I tried looking for the MF% around the forums but I couldn't. I already leased it so I'm posting my results here:

$76,545 sticker no mark up
10k/yr 57% residual
$3200 drive off (1st month payment + acq fees + other stupid fees)
$1,050/mo before tax and $1,150 after tax (9.5%)
MF% they were trying to charge .00133 I told them that's marked up and it should be .00118 (from what I saw from X3M forums lease rates) and they accepted my .00118 MF% even though that only saved me like $20/mo = $720 savings from 3 year lease.

Any questions feel free to DM me. I picked it up at Monrovia BMW where they don't charge mark up. The market is so hot right now to the point where a Camry lease went up from $260/mo to $440/mo lmao might as well get BMW guys! If you need my sales rep info, let me know! They might have some G8x still. Cheers

Thanks! Pics don't do justice on this beautiful color. I was actually boycotting on getting the G8X because of the grille but this color hides the grille well and this color combo was hard to say no.

The grille looks soooo much better on M3 no matter which color. Not sure why, maybe because lengthwise M3 is more symmetrical (having 2 doors on each side).

Congrats.

Just got quoted $1365 per month. 36/10k Zero due at signing. MSRP $86,395. Every option but M bucket seats. Alpine on Mugello.

I literally stared into my sales persons eyes for 5 seconds dead silence like your f****** with me right? This isn't a F90 comp your quoting me on? LOLLL

Sadly she was not.

I pulled up in my Vantage which didn't help.

They wanted $49,140 for me to barrow an 80k 3 series for 3 years, I'll just buy it at that point?

DO NOT LEASE THIS CAR for at least another 6-12 months if you genuinely care about your money!

What is BMW going to do with all these 18' F80 fanboys who's leases are coming up paying $800 a month? I know, make them wait a year just like me!

I countered the GM $996.33 a month 0 due at signing sadly he couldn't do it :/

If anyone gets that price on one anytime soon let me know otherwise I'll be back here in a year posting delivery pics.

Soon the point in time will come when BMW starts making more of these then people are buying and I'll be waiting for that day.

Did you get the MF that went along with that number? Seems high for $86k sticker but still, $1200-1400 is what to expect. I agree I'm sitting out until 2022 because these lease prices are absurd. I'm paying $790/mo before tax on my X3MC with $80k MSRP. I can't stomach $1200+/mo for a G8x lease.

That's roughly what I'm paying for mine ($84.5k msrp, $1025/mo tax included) But now with supply running even more limited, dealers are obviously having there way. I agree, $~1300 absurd, but I think you're being overly optimistic if you think it will change in just 6-12 months with the current climate.

The X3MC is that good of a deal for a reason, tough to sell due to ride quality. A ton are coming up for lease trade. Same goes for the M3 CS, dealers couldn't move them, amazing lease deals (when you take 30k off sticker!).

You're $1025 all in per month with zero down? What's the lease term?

I had first month, reg, license due at signing. Never would put cash down on a lease.

No did not get the MF… I only went to one dealer since I had a day off last week but I guarantee you if I shoot over to a different one I'll get a totally different price. What it seems like and I'm pretty sure is happening is dealers know the hype on the M3 right now and are shooting for top dollar, I think invoice on a 36mo/10k lease 21' M3 for dealers is right around 28-34k (depending on MSRP) and since it is still new they (THE DEALERS) can charge whatever above invoice they want and it seems they are shooting for $15,000 in my case. Kind of crazy and a close friend of mine worked for BMW and told me this kind of thing happens left and right on new leases. Then there is the flip side when the model dies out and we get $15,000 in our favor as well.

$1300 a month for a M3 comp doesn't even make any sense for comparison my cousin is leasing a 2020 M340i sticker 67k for $700 a month with zero due at signing? That's a $600 monthly premium for the full "M" model which makes 0 sense in the 3 series line up or even any bmw model line up in my opinion.

I think this is all a total FOMO price surge and the hype will die out soon to come. Waiting for that time to come! Lol

Did you get M-Xdrive? $84k sticker, $1,025 monthly and you put $0 down is honestly fair/ I probably would of took that deal since this thing is brand new however it looks like my local dealer was shooting for $300 extra monthly on my deal. Never in my life. Lol

2021 M3 Comp M-Xdrive

Did you get M-Xdrive? $84k sticker, $1,025 monthly and you put $0 down is honestly fair/ I probably would of took that deal since this thing is brand new however it looks like my local dealer was shooting for $300 extra monthly on my deal. Never in my life. Lol
Nope, this is RWD. Ordered 3/26 and delivered 6/8.
