Just curious what are some of the other cool things folks have found on Amazon for their G8X?

I found this little tray for the center console and these jack pad adapters. The tray is a good fit and the and I used a little stick on velcro to hold the jack pad in place.

Nothing cool to contribute here but that tray is cool, I’m gonna order one.

I have those jack pad adapters and those are a must have. They fit our cars perfect. Even if you don’t work on your car, leave one in the trunk. If you do work on your car, get 3 or 4. They’re awesome.

Cool little tray. I'm assuming it's not capable with wireless charging dock?

Are there 2 wireless phone chargers? I was only aware of the one forward of the shifter behind the the cup holders.

This tray fits under the raising armrest behind the shifter.

It’s in the center console. You have a 24’ too right? Did you not get wireless charging?

I have a 24 and mines in front of cup holders. Not in armrest for G80/82

Mine has a USB Type C port in the console compartment. I've used it to charge my S24 Ultra.

We didn’t get wireless charging in my2022. You’d have it if we didn’t have parts shortages at that time I suspect.

You are not missing much with the wireless charger. It’s pretty terrible in the bmw. Good in the winter time as it serves as an additional heater in the car lol.

Mine does not have wireless charging either. There are several posts in this forum from people who did get it, and most said it didn't work very well. Charging was very slow and many said that it mad their phones get very hot. Plugging my Samsung S24 Ultra in to the USB-C port in the console compartment worked very well for me.

Wow those look very solid with rough weather places. I just run OEM rubber mats but we don’t have snow and muck all winter. Just rain basically and some dirt.

I think I’m done with wireless chargers. You’re exactly right. Phone gets hot and with streaming music the battery gets zero charge
