I do notice steering seems more hyper sensitive though and suspension seems ever so slightly harsher.

I'm planning to rip this car and hit over 100s quite often and planning to mod it. Am I asking for it by putting spacers on?

No you are not, if the material, build, mount, and proper bolts are used --- the spacers will be hubcentric as if they are part of the hub. The literally become an extension of the hub but make sure your installer is good and knowing if there is a bad fitment. It happens with minute amount of play that can cause wheel vibration. It wont happen with the well known brands here as they are all tried and tested.

I run my cars (with spacers) almost always over triple digits with no issues.

Arrived and ready to fit. All I need now is the car which is a week or two away. First time I have ever fitted Spacers, so excited and a little nervous. Will upload photos of the before and after.

From what I read I went with 15 for Front and 12 for rear. Thanks for all the advise everyone.

You're motivating me to throw some 15s on. I currently have 12s all around and just installed the KW HAS kit. The car sorta lost that meaty look. I do have Michelins, so I'm thinking I'll be good for a square 15 setup.

It really changes the view of the car--- and when you drop it, the tom brady tuck rule applies

I might move to 18 fronts

I’m rocking the 15/15 thanks to Vic’s photos. I have my winter wheels on now which they helped make look decent. Can’t wait to put my summer wheels back on along with KW HAS.

You need 18's. I tried 15's and 18's back to back at EAS and it makes a big difference. Heat gun and 10 minutes of work will fix the rubbing issues.

I've been a bit confused lately about the stock height.
Friend of mine dropped his (the AR M4 I posted) aswell, supposedly 35mm, But his stock height was around 400mm from wheelcenter to wheelarch. So his drop was 50mm and it looks quite like yours now.
Just trying to figure out where we were wrong, no front.

I see ... so all we did was take the fender in the center section and measure it to the center of the wheel. We used that as the benchmark and then did the MSS drop and the net drop was 34.8 or 35mm while the rear was 30mm.

I think my picture angles definitely contribute to your thoughts as well.

This one makes it look even lower:

But check this one

No, but it is usually Michelin on M cars delivered to Australia. Will not know for sure till next week, but if not Michelin I will buy the 4S and swap them immediately. Not a Pirelli fan to be honest.

Hi all, this is my first post on this awesome forum.
My upcoming Marina Bay Blue M3 Xdrive will be my daily driver including wet and snowy roads, it will never be tracked though. I don‘t plan to lower it but would love to add some conservative spacers to the Front axle only while maintaining steering feel and driving dynamics close to oem. Has anyone tried front only 5mm spacers with stock height on the M3? Future Classic seem to have a quality product. (I‘ve used H&R spacers for years with no issues on many sport cars).

Welcome!!

I think 5mm might not be material enough-- consider 10mm or 12mm and using a square set up should make things more fluid (front and back).

BTW- FC is no better than H&R- same materials, same snout, same hubcentric qualities. Ive been using H&R all my grow up spacer modding life LOL.

Right now I have H&R on my:
