What's with the strange paint-colored B-pillar? Looks bizarre to me.. or is that just Camo without a disruption pattern?

Question is, when will BMW break the internet? Showing front with camo wrap only and no cladding.

Not for me, that is the allure, 4doors, 5seats, large trunk, 6MT.

Everyone that comments on the size of the M3 sedan. BMW makes an M2 that is the almost the exact proportions of an E46 M3, if you object to the size of the M3 then that is the model to consider.

Were they also in black? Do you maybe know if there will be a silver wheel option as well?

I've said it a few day ago and I'll say again that while I still dislike the new rear lights (especially on the new 3 series and X4), they seem to work better on the M3 with the big hips and 4 exhaust tips, especially on lighter exterior colors.

I can't imagine the front grill looks all that far off the current new 3 series.

As a whole I'm liking what I'm seeing
The grille is completely different than a current 3 Series.

Additional M3 colors:
Exterior: Frozen Brilliant White, Frozen Portimao Blue, Oxide Gray
Interior: Silverstone/Black

The wheels in the latest photos are likely not the production color, production wheels will be either bi-color or orbit gray.

I don't care what anyone thinks - I truly believe that the new M3 will NOT have the long, vertical grills.

So there will be no real silver option then, definitely a letdown (since I usually try to avoid aftermarket wheels).

It's too bad that Oxide Gray isn't similar to Audi/Porsche's Nardo Gray or Chalk Gray.

BMW has had staggered front and rear wheels on virtually all models since the E36 went that way in the 1996 with the OBD II version ..

maybe a but not a deal breaker in any way..

even with your aftermarket wheel avoidance.. you still have the option to paint/powdercoat/plasticoat your OEM wheels...

OR... you can research and fit a set of OEM wheels from a different model, getting rid of that nasty stagger at the same time! - what a concept!

Staggered wheel setup on a classical sedan looks wrong, especially when the rear tire is razor thin to compensate for the larger rear wheel.

The grill absolutely will match the leaked photos we've seen - that's 100% confirmed now - yet at the same time it will be much-ado-about-nothing in short order. If there's demand, IND or someone will sell a body colored insert for the lower half of the grill to make it closer in size to what people are used to. Simple.

Meanwhile, the rest of the car's aesthetics will be widely recognized as being as good or better than the outgoing model, and of course it will outperform the old one in every way too.
Ones you add inserts to the lower part you are also blocking the cooling

I believe the comment is directed towards the fact it appears they have 19s up front and 20s in the rear. For this car it does seem very silly.
