X-Pipe from Active Autowerke

Wow, I love how my car sounds now! I feel like it needed to sound from factory (but understand probably why it didn't) the cold start makes the car so like waking up a sleeping monster. It's got such a low hum to it and you can hear it gargle every time I let off the gas.

Thanks to Andrew@ActiveAutowerke for helping me out. I was fortunate to live in Miami and had them do the installation. It couldn't have come out better.

Did you do both the x-pipe and the rear section?

Congrats!!

We just installed the midpipe on the shop's M4 last week and its night and day difference

We're adding the axle back before the end of the year but the setup as is would enough for a lot of customers

Yeah I agree, I really wouldn't want it louder and I love the control of being able to make it quieter if the baby is asleep.

I don't quite understand what you mean by that. Im assuming you mean the valve control, but the active axle-back retains that function

Yes, the sound control button whether it's based on only the sound in the interior or it controls the flaps which I feel the engine sport plus does.

Regardless what I mean is, when I put the car in comfort(barely ever) and the sound (on/off I forgot which one) it sounds very stock.

Correct, with everything stock except the midpipe, the comfort mode is close to stock.

That sounds ideal. The description, if I read it right, says one cut in the factory mid pipe, and it's reversible if you decide to go back to stock?

My car is still a few weeks from delivery, might need to get one on order now

I got my BMS intake and Race chip before the downpipe and midpipe.

I will be switching to the JB4 + e85 for extra power

Hey ! Do you have any issues with X-pipe coming into contact with the aluminum cross/skid plate...?

Here is a picture of that plate.

(on a video looks like you have plenty of space with Active Motowerke)

Patiently waiting for AA's single midpipe setup. I'd love to be one of the first to have it
