2023 G80 M3 Dyno with Active EL Mid Pipe & BMC Filters

I decided to dyno my M3 with the current mods before the dealer installs the new Carbahn Stage 2 tune. The ecu is shipped to Femto for the unlock and Carbahn's tune is uploaded. The best part is the warranty!

We all know The G80 M3's are no joke. My M3 went 10.9@125mph bone stock and it's time to turn it up a notch.

Current Mods:
- Active Auto Equal Length Mid Pipe
- BMC Drop in filters.

Check out the video for details

Probably the same, doubt you get any increases until your start playing with jb4/tune.

I know MIR near you is basically at sea level and produced unreal times for me years ago in a z06.

Are you doing the heat exchanger? What did your dealer quote you for stage 2 + install + Heat exchanger (if doing this - think its needed for stage 2).

And where are you located (just says east coast)

Thanks!

Probably a sensitive subject but, I find it unlikely that exhaust system contributes to any horsepower increase with so many restrictive bends.

Awesome video. Great 60 ‘. That must have sprayed some serious VHT that day. Great runs

No clue about the HP. I did see an improvement in my 0-60mph when I added the BMC filters. Dragy tested of course.

Gains if any are small.

Dragstrip is Cecil County. DA plays a huge roll and can fluctuate greatly depending on weather conditions.

Located in DE. I am doing the heat exchanger with the tune because it's mandatory to retain your warranty. Here's a breakdown of pricing.

Stage two software $1350
Factory matching warranty $1250
Unlock of DME with remote start $1475 ($1375 without)
Labor to remove DME/ Reinstall and Tune $631.70
Exhaust overrun with burbles $100.00
Heat exchanger $1620 (on sale may change)
Labor for heat exchanger $875.00

Probably flows better than the single mid pipe because it doesn't cram the exhaust gasses from 2 downpipes into one.

Do you have dyno results for your single mid pipe?

Thanks my man! No need for VHT when you have xDrive!
