Took a trip from nyc to Boston yday. Saw a grey g80 on the mass pike, and drove for a bit with a blue f80 on the hutch. Still quite rare to see an m3 out in the wild.
Oh did see an iomg x5m on 84 I think |

I don't think this is right place to post and might see better traction on the USA - NY / NJ / CT / PA subforum.
In any case, maybe it's a location thing, but I live in Los Angeles and see them all the time. There are 4 G80s and 3 G82s in my apartment complex alone. |

Hmmm . . . OP lives in NYC and doesn't see nice cars all the time? I've spent a lot of time in midtown and Westchester. Plenty of bucks and cars in both places.
As for Boston, it's full of wealthy Asian and Middle Eastern students. M cars are de rigueur for that group. The big BMW/Porsche dealership there even employs Mandarin speaking salespeople to cater to them.

See them here and there in Southern CT I95 area. There's a younger guy with a IOMG m4 vert i've seen driving around and an m3 comp who runs or works at the performance imports tuning shop in Stamford. I actually ran him last year on my motorcycle up to about 110(in mexico) and we pretty much stayed even. I was not aware how fast these were until then.

I am from WB, now in LA. I am sure there are tons running around Bloomfield Hills. Kids that went to my high school had M3’s back then.
