suspension sound while turning?

I took my car to the track today

on right turns, only under heavy load (sweeping banked curves) I hear some kind of ticking/chattering sound. It's barely audible but it's there if my ear is looking for it. It's not understeer from the tires. It ticks at the same speed as for example your brake pedal would pulse if ABS activates.

I never hear it on the street and I didn't hear it on any left turns but the track today didn't really have banked sweeping left turns. One guy said it's the EDC trying to keep the car level under compression, another guy said it's the DSC activating the rear brakes to stabilize the car.

I was in MDM

Anyone else get this?

car is stock except for exhaust

If you were in MDM, it probably is the brakes stabilizing you, since the DSC is still on.
