I tried calling the 1-800 number for BMW and was on hold for close to an hour and gave up. Hopefully we will see some movement soon based on the above post.

I called last Friday, was on hold for an hour and forty minutes for a 5 minute conversation that went nowhere. It was actually longer, I was on hold for 10 minutes before that call and the call hung up on me. Total waste of time.

This whole process is crazy....While not an M like yours, my 440CV has been "Awaiting Carrier Assignment" (182) at the plant in Germany for 1 month as of today....hopefully yours will go much faster, but maybe don't hold your breath just in case.

I have no open recalls and no stop sales according to the recall tool and the Genius line.

I sent genius an email 3 days ago and I have yet to hear back anything.

Again things don't make any sense... I'm stuck in Q/C since 11/3 - Why would a car finished 12 days earlier be released now and I'm still stuck.

Yeah, this is nonsensical and maddening, I'm in QC since 11/11, why are we still stuck? Happy for the people that are finally starting to move, but why not fix the ones that have been stuck the longest first?
