I heard back from them and here's the info on this:

When it comes to wheel fitments we often refer to a Y-Factor or X-Factor.
The Y-Factor is when the barrel of the wheel does not fit over the brake calipers.
The X-Factor is when the spokes of the wheels don't clear the calipers. This type of issue can be resolved with spacers.

My 8.5" +25 offset wheel fits just fine, that 9.5" should have even more clearance, upto you if you want to risk it.

Yea I dunno what these guys are on about. They saying that a 9.5" wheel with 25 mm offset will not clear the brakes but then recommending to go with 9" with 30 mm offset which should be even tighter. And they are both same brands.

Still waiting on a response from them to my earlier email from this morning but I am thinking to just telling them to proceed with the original order but because there are no refunds or returns (mounted and balanced) I am feeling a bit iffy. Haha.
