Guess its still a lot of fake stuff tacked on to not be able to tell how it finally will look…

The M2CS camo car had also a lot of weird stuff on the front lip I remember.

Btw: I need those headlights on my IOMG

Disappointing that BMW is not having production within the 50 year M anniversary year. I have been waiting to commit to an anniversary edition and do far very disappointed.

Their anniversary is on 5/24 and special editions are planned as MY23 as most MY22 production ends by june - july timeframe. Also we should know more about the real special editions by next month.

So...since I cancelled my M4 order. Are CS variants limited by model production quantity?

I had a deposit down for the M4 CS which I would prefer but it doesn't look like there will be one so I have changed it to this beast.

I'd say it will be limited by production timeframe, not quantity.

Both directly from the CSL.

Hopefully wheels will be light weight along with other parts. But not sure if it will comfortably overcome the 100 lbs (AWD) and more.

Light weight battery -20lbs
Wheels -30lbs
Hood - 10lbs
Exhaust - 50 lbs.

Sans ceramic brakes and buckets since it's available for all.

And hopefully get better intangible tangible things like steering programming for better feel/feedback. And damn I wish BMW would just come out with a regularly sized steering wheel so I don't walk around with Kung fu grip all day.

Oh, I wouldn't be surprised if those items are standard on the CS, they count those towards the weight savings. As those other items you listed may well become available across the lineup as well (at least after-market).

According to a rumor I just made up, there will be a new steering wheel option as well...

On the most recent pics? They look like a traditional 5 bolt there but the wheels are pretty dark and I haven’t seen other recent spy shots of the CSL. Center locks can be a PITA - hope there’s a 5-bolt option for the CS.

Ah, yeah. My kids have outgrown those, but those buckets are so bolstered I'm thinking your kids will be pretty snug without the ugly carseats
