Just checked today and my IOMG/KO G8X is IN TRANSIT!!! Due at the port in CA by 2/15. Excited is an understatement.

Ship name: DIONYSOS LEADER

No stop sales as of yet but we'll see once I reach the port stateside.

Hope this helps anyone that is expecting theirs on the west coast.

I'M SO CLOSE TO OWNING MY FIRST BMW!!
First new car ever actually.

YES!!!!! I'm hoping for no stop sales! I have been told by my dealership that some cars recently have been waiting for RAM and AMPS, and some have been slipping through without any issues... We shall see!

I am on the same boat! i keep watching it. I hope it does not stay at the VPC for a long time. Im not showing any stop sales and hope it stays that way

WW had a boat for 1/26 and another for 1/28. According to their schedule, the 1/28 boat will actually get to Baltimore faster (2/12 vs 2/19). Hopefully we get on one of these!

There still a chance to get a stop sale once the car arrives at VPC. I even read story that a car reach the dealership and got a stop sale and owner couldn't even take it home. So you're never really safe from a stop sale until you drive it home.

Edit: usually at the VPC you will get the stop sale

This is where I sit now. Car hit the port today, SA and Genius say there are no stop sales. However, everywhere I keep reading says if you sailed through production and QC, you have a stop sale show up at entry port VPC. I’m done worrying, just preparing to see it pop up and wait till it gets released.

I finally caved and spoke with a very nice Genius this evening. I did confirm I'm on Porgy which is scheduled for arrival in NJ on 2/5. He noted that it would be of benefit to call on Monday or Tuesday 2/7 or 2/8 to get an idea as to whether there would be any delays. He would expect 3-4 days at VPC if there is nothing prohibiting movement, and on Tuesday would have an expected ETA to the dealership.
