Looking to trade for an M3/M4 (+ cash depending on the year/mileage/spec). Reason: Need 4 seats

Are you saying you won’t add cash if the mileage and spec isn’t to your liking? Comparing a 63k msrp to a 115k msrp isn’t likely to happen with a straight trade.

I think he means the amount of cash added will depend on the spec.
