Exhaust valves and coding for ASD turning back on

I cannot seem to get ASD to permanently stay off with BimmerCode. Every time I start my car it comes back on. Anyone have a solution for this? I also cannot use the exhaust function on BimmerLink yet it works on a freinds 2021 m340. (2023 m3 ID8)
