Mine finally quit the “quality check” status today!

Just traded my M3 and ordered another M3 yesterday and asked my rep about the bucket seat back order. He checked and told me it was just for the M2 (for what it’s worth).

bmw laval, montreal, ste-julie, brossard, terrebonne can't get allocation for M3 with buckets right now. I asked the M salesman. Not until october.

I switched and didn’t spec with the buckets this time but weird since Montreal Centre told me no delays if I added it. Just mentioned delay was for M2.

No changes for me as of this morning, but we still got time. I still think I’m going to be the last to find out from the Week 30-era, given when I converted to 112 status compared to the others. I bet it’ll be like that all the way to port.

Week 28, UK customer also reporting some good news! I don't think we have access to be able to check status codes here in the UK(?), but dealer informed me this morning that I'm in the 'later stages of production', due delivery mid-August.

I’m on the phone with them now. They said now that we could get a VIN the same week as Week 30, but the BMW Genius said he hasn’t seen that. Basically, if we don’t get it by mid next week, I think we’re delayed.

I also asked about if he has heard about builds in Week 32, 33, 34, 35. He hasn’t and he didn’t know why. I asked about factory breaks that had been mentioned on here but he couldn’t confirm. Point is if we miss Week 30, I think we’re going way back in delay.
