Not sure. It is ceramic but not sure what %. It was delivered to me like this. Complementary tint by my awesome dealer.

Finally saw one in the flesh today, static. Brand new M4 manual parked at Walgreens. Looked great, so stoked to get mine now! Definitely not a dull or washed out color; very aggressive but tasteful!
