What size tires are you on ? 275/295?

Do you think you needed the liner with the 9.5?

The tires and offset are below.
20x9.5 + 6 - 265/30
20x11 +16 - 295/30

Still waiting on the wheels to arrive. I should have them by the end of the month. I’ll take pictures and post my observations.

The factory liner has been known to give people problems. It’s an inexpensive upgrade so I changed the liner.

Got it.
Not sure if this is realvent but That’s a 2.7 % diameter diff. I would verify that will be ok on x drive. I’ve been told 1% max.

Exhaust is finally here Valtronic Titanium Exhaust and MidPipe. Before and After pictures attached. It’s amazing how much smaller the muffler is on the Valtronic exhaust. Can’t wait to hear the sound using titanium.

Carbon fiber rear diffuser installed. Back of the car is done. I’ll do better before and after pictures once the car is cleaned. Going to do the front today and tomorrow.

Good catch!!! We just looked at the diameter differential. We are at 1.2%. It’s over the one percent, but we think it will work. I’ll send you the new wheel and tire specs.

Many of them came through you guys! We are looking at your steering wheels now.

https://bimmerplug.com/products/full...EaAk4LEALw_wcB

We see it works with the heated steering wheel option. Does it have any issues with the active driving assistant?

I would love to change the existing steering wheel to a sports style, red perforated leather with the red stripe, black carbon fiber, tri color stitching and an LED display. It would make the red interior pop that much more if the red matches close enough. Attached is the existing interior and a close enough steering wheel with the color pattern I’m looking for.

Are there carbon fiber covers for the headlight assemblies? It would really finish off the engine bay. Then again it may defeat the purpose of the heat sink.

What is up with these valves!!! Needed to keep the OEM valves so that I can connect my Mode controller (on back order) to the factory settings and buttons without the use of a seperate remote. My titanium valvetronic exhaust now has a rattle that is driving me crazy.

Also until my Mode controller comes in I’m stuck with valves that are not fully open and significantly muffling my sound. Ugh!!!

Hey mdr955,

Ok, this is the final setup for the tires. Wheels are still in transit but this is where we are at:

Front: 285/30r20
Rear: 295/30r20

I saw that a change was made. I’m at 1.1%. We will se if that tenth of a percent over the recommended 1% makes a big difference. I’ll post final setup once everything is in if there are any issues with XDrive.

Just added the P3 Multiguage with OBD splitter. This gauge is so much fun. Provides 0-60 times as well as a series of gauges such as boost and temperatures that you do not see within the dashboard.

Also, replaced the plastic vent trim around the gauge with carbon fiber.
