We made the list also today for some of the coldest places on earth lol.
Got a cool breeze blowin' right down the 93, do ya? They don't call it the Icefield Pkwy for nothing.

We need it but we panic when we get a little bit. We have floods because of burned areas from all the fires. People out here don't know how to drive in the rain. On the news it's the top story. *RAIN IN SOCAL* lol

To be fair we're in a drought and desperately need it.

I was just checking the South Carolina news, because we bought our retirement property there back in the spring. California has crazy rain, and South Carolina had an earthquake this afternoon!

I'm sure that UncleWede would be laughing at a magnitude 3.3 earthquake being the lead story in all of the news outlets down there, just like we on the east coast laugh at him for wanting to declare a state of emergency when a rain shower falls on southern California.

On my next trip down there, I wanted to put up a remote weather station on our lot. Now, I'm thinking that a seismograph might be more useful.

Winter weather advisory here in the chilly northeast, with an inch of snow and some ice glazing forecast overnight.....

36degrees here in Michigan with 3" of snow on the ground. I still have my summer tires on the car so I won't be going out for a drive anytime soon.

Wise decision. Even with mandatory winter tires, this happened once or twice a season;

Still raining here on the central coast of California.

Meanwhile, the Sierra mountain villages in northern California are snowed in and some without power.

Yup I'm currently in Calgary and it has been cold this week and last week was pretty chilly too. Tomorrow should be better, hoping to go skiing with the family. Flying back on the Sunday.

I just checked my 5-gal bucket and it had 5" of water Imissed about 6 hours of pouring rain because wife's uncle who comes by used my bucket then put it under the gazebo. I will have to label it "para lluvia" going forward
