I did the same install last weekend. FYI, not sure what your sharing in the link but it’s not opened up for public access.

Sounds great. Really considering this set up. Can you notice a big difference inside the car?

Definitely notice a big difference. It’s much sportier but not obnoxious. Valve controller will bump the loudness up a little more, I’d say 5-10% more and allows more burbles when opened up.

With the valve back in OEM mode, the car does still drone a little bit on the interstate at 2000 rpm under load, like a slight incline. while driving on surface streets at 70mph or below with the valve closed, it is very civilized and no drone at all.

80-95mph, the RPM’s are just in a resonate spot that to me is a slight drone. It’s not loud, but it’s there. Anyone who tells you these cars will have zero drone after eliminating all the resonators is in denial. I think it just depends on what you find acceptable. Your wife will notice, but not complain.. thats about what I can say. I personally was hoping for near stock quiet on interestate, but it’s not. Around town in comfort mode and valves closed, it is nearly stock quiet until you get on the gas. Put it in sport +,, it’s lovely.

The AWE videos are pretty accurate IMO. If you notice in the “cruising” section of the video with valves closed, it’s pretty quiet, but they are doing right at 70. At 80, its louder.
