Isweep or PSI?
Hey guys, thinking about swapping pads out. Isweep or PSI's? My car has about 7k miles on it. Moderate to light driving style. Do you think the rotors will be fine with new pads only?
Thanks! |

Yes, they are roughly 100 bucks more so not too bad. I am mainly concerned about rotors. How many miles were on your car when you did new pads?

You don't need to do rotors at 7k miles! Just get the pads you want (I say iSweep) and enjoy the lack of dust and squealing.

Two questions about iSweep (I was thinking 1500s):
1) If I do this around 12,000 miles (VERY light brake use, no tracking, tons of OEM pad left)…..do the stock rotors need to be refinished with a unidirectional finish? 2) Wouid the old brake wear sensors be easy to be removed? And if so, would they be reused? Or, did you order new wear sensors and have those installed too? |

That break sensor is cheap but u can reuse it if u want. I did but I changed my pads with like 2k miles on them. I will say the break dust makes that front sensor really stuck. I kind of had to pry it but I did reuse it. |
