I'll add you to my list. Don't go silent when it's revealed that you are wrong.
You know what the response is going to be right?

"BMW lost its way"
"This is why BMW behind Mercedes" (even though BMW is only German manufacturer to grow in 2019, not incl. Porsche)
"Bye BMW, I'm going to Porsche"
"What was BMW thinking. I'm buying out my lease - it's the last real BMW"

And of course the best one:

"Watch the value of F32/33/36 skyrocket now!"

How long is your list? I shouldn't be on it as I'm not a denier. Haha

I'm fully aware of the shitshow that's about to transpire
I feel like the shitshow has already been going on because we don't know so there's still something to talk about. When they remove all doubt, for good or bad ... the discussion should be over. I, for one, will either start considering my build spec or start considering my build spec for something else along the lines of 992, RS6 or M5 CP. M3 is way cheaper and better all-rounder so I'm still hoping for the G80 isn't ruined but we shall see!

But there could be some truth on how the interpretation of the intakes, curtains and aerodynamics are formed.
A new interpretation of the current M look. It seems to fit.
In California many are driving around [illegally] with no front plate attached, but for the few that I've seen with plates, it's offset just under the driver's side headlight.

Here's an example:

https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...ckType=listing
On that picture the plates are not blocking anything. It looks ugly but it doesn't sacrifice cooling.

Now if you think adding to any side of the new G80 it will block air significantly
Wondering how much would block cooling with US plate?

Assuming the middle part ( which is blocked and doesn't need to be perforated for cooling ) is as European plates ( 4.3" ) is 20%

But that's just the number difference on plates, I don't know the grill size to calculate actual % in volume.

Well the tow hook seems to be under the passenger headlamp, so if all else fails you could mount it there using an aftermarket solution.
You still blocking the cooling and that's what I don't like.

I personally won't put them on but most if is will and it will be hard to find a good spot without effecting cooling.

Good idea, I have to have it sense I got tickets. One thing I noticed seeing this picture, if you would place it in middle you would block the sensor too

That could work, it will still block the air but nothing really left.

It's either there or in the middle.

Looks like in the middle won't block the sensors. Very close and I am sure Bmw was counting on that.

Didn’t know so many flat-earthers resided here.

Gonna collect dust on showrooms?

Really, I didn’t know a couple of fans on here counted for BMW’s complete demographic.

Watch the same people be first in line when orders are taken.

If an aftermarket company remade the bumper with reasonable grills they'd probably make a fucking killing

Price firm? I'm taking to 949,999 other sellers all willing to budge a bit lower than the other if I'm serious.

Let me know. Thanks.
