The thing is BMW is aiming to add that 20k to the price tag WITHOUT having to do the extra investment .
No doubt. I personally think they need to further differentiate the styling other than a revised lower bumper, hood and rear spoiler. Leave that to the regular CS.

I hope they make Club Sport Light mean something. The E46 M3 CSL was 243 lbs lighter than the regular M3. I expect that to be a minimum target for the G82 CSL.

Is this the CSL front splitter?

This pic was floating around a while back and the front splitter seems like it might be for the CSL.

No that’s not it, the CSL splitter has vertical wing tips.

That didn't work so well with the F80 and F82 CS lol.

This is a Photoshop.

You can see the original here:

Regardless of whether it's a Photoshop or not though that is a good looking splitter. Car is a little too slammed for my tastes. I'd have to drive at 5mph the entire time in my hilly neighborhood with that drop and splitter combo.

The rear tires look massive. Any insights about the size?

I've always loved it

The CSL spoiler is going to make way for popular aftermarket CSL-style spoilers, it helps the shape on the M4

It kind of sounds like the rpms could be lifted...if so is it a reworked transmission?

Absolutely not, I think this varies by state but it is not legal to sell a car with a half cage which is why companies like Porsche that offer $0 options in other countries to buy cars with factory installed half cages have never been able to offer the option to the US. I can't think of any single car sold in the US with a factory installed harness bar / half cage.
