They said 2-3 weeks for parts and about 3-4 days labor. Hopefully the 2-3 week estimate turns out to be accurate but I’m skeptical. It’s been 2 weeks since they ordered parts I’m going to ask the service advisor for an update tmrw. I was worried a week or so ago when there was the threat of thunderstorms and hail they were nice enough to put my car in the show room it kind of helps us both I don’t have to worry and they have something to fill the empty showroom.

Hopefully it gets done on time, 2-3 weeks isn't too bad at all. I'm glad they put it in the showroom, when I was there for service they had 3 cars inside and one of them was a Subaru Outback!

I'd love to meet up, too! Got my G82 a month ago, and the only other G8Xs I've seen have been at dealerships.

They reached out to BMW and we just received a response from the supply manager. They have added your vehicle to a priority list, but an exact ETA cannot be determined for the specific order due to the small number of shipments and varying quantities.

Thanks maybe I will - I’d say there’s a decent chance I’ll have it by then. I was just driving by the dealership I actually stopped in just to look at it in the show room I’ve missed it so much
