I saw the G80 Competition in the flesh at a BMW driving event in NJ. I can attest that the renderings are pretty darn close. Great job!

They didn't allow us to take phones in. Lol

The new design looks terrible

those hood indentations are horrible, and would def not choose the ACC option, position looks way too weird.

Could you update your render to include a US plate? I've only seen euro plates up to this point.

....nice work on these renders! I'm curious what the grill will look like if painted the same color as the car....

I like the fact that they are taking a chance in this ever shrinking coupe / sedan market

It's unique and I like it. The same sausage diff length mentality BMW has used for the last decade is stale

At best it's a child's design- an immature interpretation of "aggression." Imo it lacks sophistication and class. Enjoy I guess- I think some broad generalizations can be made about tasteful design and this thing gives any of that sort of cultivation a wide berth- as I will give BMW if they continue down this route.

Maybe BMW should put you in charge of DESIGNING their cars since apparently they lack the skills.

What bothers me more is the center of the grill. I'm not sure if it's required bumper bracing or what, but on spy shots it's clearly flat, with the grill slats printed on, similar to other mfrs making their logos flat for sensors.

I think I know what you mean, the 4 series grille is horrible but the M4 works because of the shape and separation between the grilles... Does it protrude like the 4 series, pig like, or is the grille flatter?
