I'll keep this short for now

A few members from here, myself included, decided to meet up yesterday. We missed a couple of people for other reasons but it was great getting to see more G8X's!

dshovel has the beautiful 6MT G80 in Santorini Blue

spicoli024 has the dropped G80 with all of the M Performance Parts

Mine is of course the IOMG

Next time we will have more people to show off their cars!!

We met up in downtown Houston at the Esperson Garage which made for some great pictures. You'll also notice some taken at the old Enron building (now Chevron) alongside the bridge by Jamil Skatepark.

After meeting up for pictures a mandatory stop at Becks was made for lunch. Overall a great time for all of those who attended. There aren't a huge number of G8X's in the area, this is the most I've seen together at once.

Great shots! IOMG looks crazy in the sunlight, didn't realize it had that much metallic in it.

I'm impatiently waiting on my Skyscraper Grey G80 to start production in the next week or so. Should hopefully be able to join y'all in a few months! I'm in the Rice Military area.

Absolutely! There's a great crowd of us in the area, more people would be great!

Yes, it's a very metallic paint, many people underestimate how great the color looks until they see it in person which I'm sure you will in due time. There aren't many in the Houston area, I only know of 4 including mine.

I think I've only seen 2 G8X around town to be honest, they're definitely not common at the moment.

Looks like I'll be the odd man out though without the carbon pack

I had seen 2 prior to this meet up in the wild. I don't think they will be common for quite some time. I rarely even see F8X's around as is. What's the spec on your car?

I'll have my G80 for a bit longer pending an allocation for a Cayman GTS (unless I find one available sooner). I have an order in already for a Pythron Green one with the bucket seats
