A couple things that BMW conveniently left off post 2022 and US spec cars. Added the EU-spec lower front air skirt/spoiler just don't have a picture of it installed.

Where did you get the OEM trim around the handles? Might you have part numbers?

I have the air skirt installed as well. Supposedly better air flow for the oil cooler, according to BMW. Not sure why they’re not at least an option in the US.

Not sure either, must be another cost-cutting effort. It was integral in their aero philosophy so no idea why they would omit in some markets.

Maybe the potentially reduced clearance with parking blocks for US-market cars is the reason? The lip would surely get torn off in some scenarios. On my stock ride height G80 with the aero skirt installed, there is about 5” from ground to the lowest point of the lip, versus about 6.75” to lowest edge of the front end (without the lip).

Visible from some angles, probably more so on lighter colored cars. To be truthful I’d say you don’t see much of it for the most part. The increased aero and oil cooling efficiency were the deciding factors for me—and it’s a factory piece, meaning it was an original part of the overall aero design.

Mats I assume are just the Fiona Red Individual mats, you'll have to source those from somewhere, part numbers:

51478097541
51478097547
Any idea what the part numbers are for the tartufo mats ?

Driver's Side Window Switch: 61-31-6-847-099
Passenger Side/Rear Window Switch: 61-31-9-299-457
Driver Side Lock: 61-31-5-A95-757
Passenger Side Lock: 61-31-5-A95-758

If you have an M3, you will need qty x3 of 61-31-9-299-457. Same window switch used in front passenger and front doors. I will admit after doing it, I don't ever want to do it again
