Installed a tuner plate on my G80, was able to get it on. Seems fairly solid.

Had the Mishimoto installed last Friday, love the added peace of mind. It definitely hangs about an inch lower versus having nothing there but fit perfectly and is no lower than the rubber dam in stock location.

Curious about this as well. Looking to get the mishimoto, but also want to install a lip with it.

Not yet, likely going Turner or Feral. I haven't seen any issues fitting the lip and can't imagine just by looking at it installed how it would.

The only thing I've seen is the Turner guard can make the bottom of the bumper push out slightly but not so with the Mishimoto.

There's another option now, found it on the m2 forum. I was set on the mishimoto but decided to give this one a try since it sits flat against the bottom unlike the mishimoto. And its only $325, mine shipped already. Message Paul Riccio here https://www.facebook.com/groups/6857...40aB7S9Ucbxw6v

Looks like it fits over the original plastic shroud, is that right?

Looks good but from that angle it doesn’t show much of the air dam sticks out from the slot. Can anyone confirm this?

They're part of the car, not the shroud, so it may not matter. Look at the IG picture of the shroud to see the notches for them.

They look like reinforcement for a potentially weak piece of plastic.

That’s really slick and the price is solid. Where did you buy that from?

I don’t understand the point of buying an oil cooler guard that hangs an inch lower than stock. If you’re lowered can you afford that inch? Probably just me but seems counterintuitive🤷‍♂️

Went with the zunsport for now. Was able to crawl under the front at stock height, took about 10 mins.

I think 1 inch is an over exaggeration. It’s more like 0.5 inch. It’s just the way the plate is shaped.

I would assume the extra space between the shield and the oil cooler is by design. Maybe it creates negetive air pressure to help draw in more air?
