I keep getting emails from retailers about EBC pads being on sale, it's like they are taunting me at this point because no one has them in-stock for this platform lol

I’d hope you’d first address paid customers orders before advertising to others but what do I know. Still waiting on mine pre-ordered in early March. It shows as the product is no longer available??!! Also still waiting on my MAD resonated midpipe. If you still don’t have stock on the order, can you please cancel my order and send me a refund?

In case you missed it, I'm not advertising items that are ready to ship but rather informing customers like yourself that the process is moving along. You've been waiting since March, but some other customers have been waiting longer, so they will receive their orders first.

One of your above messages says “we have a couple left in stock” back on 05/15. I understand I may have “rounded up” the items to include taxes as PayPal doesn’t equate the math. Also I did DM you and received a response to email “support” about my order. So do I need to still talk to support, or are you the one handling the order?
I did dispute on a Saturday and understand most businesses don’t operate on the weekend. But I don’t think I’m being unreasonable since your above posts insinuate “product in stock availability” yet my order from 2+ mos hasn’t been shipped.

I’ve also done recent business with many other sponsors including IND-Distribution , EAS and never had issues. This is my first time having to preorder parts and not receive updates on the items.

Did you bother checking which item number that is? Maybe that was for the rears which you already received.

Then, change your dispute amount; saying this on the forums and keeping it the same on PayPal does not help. I already sent you an offer on PayPal with the correct amount; all you need to do is accept it.

You sent me 1 dm , two emails and posted on here, all at the same time. Saturday morning, less than an hour ago. Support handles all existing orders, but im more than happy to answer customers, i dont need to tell you this as you sent me dm before and i answered you.

Rears were drop shipping from the manufacturer directly for the longest time. We finally processed all the pre-orders and had extra ones to keep in our stock (it's gone now, so we are back to drop-shipping them directly).

All the fronts that we received had already been pre-ordered as far back as September.

Interesting I ordered front/rears at the same time in March and the rears arrived ~ 10-12 days after

Right when you ordered, rears were in stock; now, two months later, we did not have any left, so when they got back, we announced it.

We just received another shipment of pads. After filling out all the backorders, we have two sets(front and rear) left. We are not breaking these up. Order directly on our web store or PM with any questions.
