Thats probably the reason. I really hope thats the issue and not that pirates have taken over the ship and holding our cars hostage(:P)

Anyone’s online tracker not working? Called genius this morning and he said he updated my profile (idk why) since then, tracker doesn’t work.

Mine has not worked since I received allocation on 12/29. I've bugged genius twice and it's a known issue with no eta for fix

Yeah mine did the same. Saw it was at port, called and said it was just off loaded no date for dealer call back tomorrow, and boom genius hasn't worked since 12 pst :/

Same! He said the car was still on the ship but online, it showed at port. I’m guessing a day or 2 to go through VPC then another day on a truck.

Just called Genius said dealer delivery is for the 15th. So probably hopefully pick it up Monday or Tuesday next week!!!

Genius just said car is on a truck headed to the dealer. She said eta to dealer is the 16th which doesn’t make sense because the drive on a truck should be about 6-7 hours

Probably not accurate, was told car was supposed to arrive today but actual arrival to dealership was yesterday.

Vessel: Morning Celine
Expected Arrival: Port Bayonne NJ - 1/21
