I spec'd and ordered a G80 XDrive Comp car on 11/28, it went into production (150) on 11/30. The car moved to in transit on 12/30 on the ship "Don Pasquale" which will arrive in NY on 1/19.

I did order the port installed option Z58 M Performance Sport Suspension. I'm curious to see how long that will take once at the port in NY. Overall I'm feeling very fortunate with a roughly 30 day turnaround from order to getting on a boat.

Nice! it looks like you're planning to track yours. That's an awesome build you spec'd out.

I'm curious to see how closely they follow BMW guidelines at the port. I'm already assuming that I'm going to have to play with the adjustments. I want it max low or as close to it as possible.

Thanks for sharing that thread. The most recent commenter lives in my area and he said the M HAS delayed his car at the port by a little under 2 weeks. So my car should be around at the end of the month or early Feb.

Now I just have to cross my fingers for the Michelin tires!

Yeah, I would like to track my M3, starting with autocross

I had my expectations for delivery around late Feb / early March, so now it's late Jan / early Feb. No idea if the port install will delay much or not. When the M HAS was new, I can understand a delay, but not anymore. Guess we'll find out.

Hey, mine is on the same boat as yours. Did u get confirmation from your dealership? I called the genius and the rep told me the estimated ship out date is 1/11.

Who is your dealer? Mine is Rallye BMW. The sales guy told me to call him on Friday to see if my car is there lol.

I was told 1/11 as well by Genius. Hopefully, I will be able to pick it up on the weekend

Btw, when you log in into your myGarage, did you see your VIN # is now bold? I am not sure if that is an indication of any sort, but I tried to search my VIN for recalls, it now comes back as "No recalls," where previously, it was "Invalid VIN."

So hopefully we can see some movements tomorrow or Thursday!

My VIN is also bold on the website. I’m in transit (still on ship) headed towards Oxnard. I think it’s just a visual thing.
