It is definitely close but personally I think the Track Edition is still more rowdy.

The biggest difference in sound is honestly between comfort mode on the SwitchPath™ and sport +.

Comfort mode is VERY tame especially without the mid pipes, but as soon as you put it in sport+ you will be pleasantly surprised.

Love it! How fast are you folks shipping out to retailers with purchased orders? Basically seeing how supply/demand is being met at the moment to adjust my expectation on arrival.

I have already purchased, just itching to get it in.

Right now we have about a 3 week lead time, barring any raw materials delays.

If you want I can check on your specific order just shoot me a PM with your information.

Looking forward to hearing it with the DPs as I heard Mike was rev'n for folks at MPact and I missed it, they were all quite hype from what they heard.

Hoping you're well
Vader’s Helmet awesome nickname. I’m glad I was able to fulfill this project, sure the long 8 weeks I was away from it wasn’t easy but I knew it would be worth it in the end. Thank You to all of the team for the opportunity during this awesome journey.

Yes, sounds menacing with DP’s

so I decided to give it a shot even though I knew there was a chance it wouldn't match up.

I can confirm the AA single midpipe will not match up to the AWE Track Edition. I'm beyond being able to use the AWE midpipe since my secondary cats are gone and I really don't want to have to cut or weld anything to the AA midpipe. Oh well at least I tried haha ill try to figure out a way to make this work...or sell it I guess.

How bad does it not fit? Is it a piece you'd have to adapt like a Y piece? You can always get it custom made and use clamps, no need to weld.

Good looking product, but that is a lot of money for only a couple of HP. Goes to show you the factory exhaust (excluding DPs) flows pretty well.

With how popular single midpipes are its kind of interesting you guys chose not to make them adaptable

It's not even close...just using the tailpipe pieces you come within 4 inches but if I just did that I would only be using half of what I paid for.

The xpipe type portion it comes with ...in order for that to fit I would need to modify the AA midpipe and that's just not an option of course .

So I'll likely just find another option that will fit with the AA single mid ...the awe option of the midpipe stopping just short of the 2nd cats just isn't going to cut it for me.

Oh well ....on to the next 🙃

I am going to get it installed without the secondary cats. Going to exhaust shop to make a flanged piece which will clamp on to the Awe mid-pipe and ending in the Switchpath Axle. Hoping it sounds good, otherwise I will throw a resonator on that piece to make it work. I don't want to modify my stock exhaust in case I EVER want to return to stock, it'll just be a drop in.

Is welding required for SwitchPath+ AWE non resonated midpipe setup or just using clamps?
Is it totally reversible if I ever want to change back to stock exhaust?

No welding required only cutting to install. Reversing will require welding or some sort or double clamp pipe, but with additional cutting to accommodate the female ends.

Can't guarantee fit with any other aftermarket sections as the cut points are all different, so the odds of them mating up are low.

With how efficient new vehicles are from the factory, the fact that we made power with only exhaust modifications says a lot.

Its not all about HP, many use an exhaust system as a supporting modification to make additional power, and some are just after the sweet sounds.

This platform has a lot to offer sound wise that all gets choked by that huge factory muffler.

We have our eyes on this, but not optimistic about this system being a direct fit.

No welding for install, but cutting is required.

If you ever wanted to go back to stock you can get a sleeve style clamp and re-install your factory.

Ours connects at the factory dimpled cut point. Honestly most of the single midpipes do.
