I also received my allocation March 4th and went to 112 for week 14. After a couple days I decided to change my spec from RWD Comp to AWD drive. At that point was moved to week 20 and now I'm at week 17. Not sure what is going to happen! I think changes are random and just based on materials availability but who knows. The production planners of the plant are looking to full fill the production line and in some cases changes happen so fast that they don't see the aging of some of the orders. Just my opinion

I spoke too soon. Checked this morning, still at status 150 but I've now randomly been bumped to Week 18. 😐

Sorry to hear that Andy. I must admit I wrongly assumed once you get to 150 status the dates can’t move.

On a side note, I just checked my order this am and it is “scheduled for daily production pack (so still at 112 targeting the 4th April). Not holding my breath as I’ve been here before.

Thanks man. Pretty gutted as I was so close! Yeah I was of the same thinking; after receiving a VIN and a 'Planned for Assembly' code, I thought I was safe and made the cut. Clearly not.

Being shifted 4 weeks with no status change back to 112, does seem very strange to me though. At this point though, I've given up trying to work out their logic!

Fingers crossed you stay on track for the 4th mate 😎. Hopefully you'll get your VIN today/tomorrow.

I was Week 12 >> most recently Week 15 in 112 status, and checked this morning, back to 111. Probably Week 20 with you. Brutal.

yep most likely sometime in the 20s. I went from 12 to 14 to 23

Sorry mate, the 'genius' typed my order number in wrong. I'm actually at 5100 (body shop start). In that case, I can only presume you that guys with M3s are having issues. M4s seem to be getting through okay.

Well I called BMW genius and a bit of good news it shows my car went into production 03/24 with an expected completion of 04/08. She said with everything going on My Garage has not been updating regularly and steps we should see arent being provided until the car is done.

Seems I've had a lot of conflicting info today but after some chasing…

I've gone from 5100 to 5200 (paint shop) in the space of today, so looks like I'll be completing by next week (Wk 14).

I have however, now been told that it'll take 8 weeks to arrive to the UK. Not entirely sure why that would be the case.

My CA checks for me everyday and if my build week changes he notifies me.
