Hi all - what are people getting off MSRP for a ‘22 M3 Comp build (if anything)?

The long tail of the deal distribution is 5% off but those deals are very rare. MSRP is fair and anything off MSRP is good.

2021 M3 Comp M-Xdrive
Just got quoted $1365 per month. 36/10k Zero due at signing. MSRP $86,395. Every option but M bucket seats. Alpine on Mugello.

I literally stared into my sales persons eyes for 5 seconds dead silence like your f****** with me right? This isn't a F90 comp your quoting me on? LOLLL

Sadly she was not.

I pulled up in my Vantage which didn't help.

They wanted $49,140 for me to barrow an 80k 3 series for 3 years, I'll just buy it at that point?

DO NOT LEASE THIS CAR for at least another 6-12 months if you genuinely care about your money!

What is BMW going to do with all these 18' F80 fanboys who's leases are coming up paying $800 a month? I know, make them wait a year just like me!

I countered the GM $996.33 a month 0 due at signing sadly he couldn't do it :/

If anyone gets that price on one anytime soon let me know otherwise I'll be back here in a year posting delivery pics.

Soon the point in time will come when BMW starts making more of these then people are buying and I'll be waiting for that day.
That's roughly what I'm paying for mine ($84.5k msrp, $1025/mo tax included) But now with supply running even more limited, dealers are obviously having there way. I agree, $~1300 absurd, but I think you're being overly optimistic if you think it will change in just 6-12 months with the current climate.

The X3MC is that good of a deal for a reason, tough to sell due to ride quality. A ton are coming up for lease trade. Same goes for the M3 CS, dealers couldn't move them, amazing lease deals (when you take 30k off sticker!).
Did you get M-Xdrive? $84k sticker, $1,025 monthly and you put $0 down is honestly fair/ I probably would of took that deal since this thing is brand new however it looks like my local dealer was shooting for $300 extra monthly on my deal. Never in my life. Lol
Thats a good as deal and i thought my 980/month 5.5k DP on a 12k/year lease was a steal. That 980 includes tire protection though and etc

I was told MF is .00093 (2.232%), however payment seems a bit high when I throw the depreciation into an amortization for 36 months at that rate.

Alternatively, I was approved with PENFED for a payment saver loan, basically a 48 month ballon payment at 3.49%, payment $1060/m, in which I'll get $2500 PENFED credit.

I feel I'll keep the car for awhile but it would be nice to turn it in if something were to happen to the car within the first few years.
Should I just bite the bullet and pay the lease payment which is higher, as it would be similar to GAP insurance?
I dont see any dealer contributions or anything on that deal for reference. My M3 80k worth + 6.625 taxes. I paid DP 5,500 and paying a montly fee of $980 for a 12k/year lease. The 980 includes wheel and tire protection

Yes it is in NJ. I got the deal upstate new york Hudson Valley Area. Its the M3 model but I got the executive package along with parking assist(still dont know how to use it) and Tanzanite color. Total for my car was like 79,345k. I got around 6-7k off the MSRP. Idk if its a bad, good or great deal but i feel i paid too much DP lol

Looks like BMW Select residual went down in July...was hoping to do that in order to keep the payment low. But seems like now there won't be much difference between select and lease.

Yeah, selective quoting requires some understanding of the BBCode... not super easy.

Thank you. I'm going to check with my SA to confirm and whether it will affect my deal (based on when I locked).

Just talked to my SA about July programs and he states there’s nothing for leases. I asked about anything off for loyalty and he said that that only applies for financing? Is anyone else hearing this?

Vanc2048, I'm buying the car, if I could get an allocation, eventually Parked it in my garage. Not leasing it. All I hear about the M4 is crickets

I asked my SA the same but haven't heard back yet. Though I am mentally prepared to pay another $100 a month because of this...
