You have to pay to enter the Zentrum? I do not believe that is correct, you would only pay to do the factory tour, but since you are doing PCD you of course do not pay anything.

You might be correct. It must be free if u do it on the day of ur PCD and u get ur “special” parking spot. I did it the next day and was able to get in free with my BMW CCA membership. So maybe it is free for everyone !!!

If you did PCD you don’t pay for Zentrum mueseum nor the plant tour. You do get the special parking spot in the front lol. Cool spot for pics.

Hey folks. I am bringing my kids for the road trip (aged 14 and 10) but they will not be participating in the PCD fun (that’s for the wifey and I). But, I’m curious about recommendations for what to do with the kids while we’re doing the PC stuff. Late checkout at the Marriott? Somewhere safe/fun for them to hang out?

Thanks for the help!

I think they have an on-site daycare or something along those lines.

Confirmation email from PC team says: Child care services are not available. If your guest is a child under the age of 12, you will be required to accompany them in our café and will not be able to participate in the BMW factory tour or any of the driving activities.

I dont know how comfortable you are leaving a 10 and 14 yr old on their own to visit the city without you. You can request a late check out like 12-1 pm and maybe get ur car in the AM and skip the factory tour and offroad course so u can get out by noon to pick them up. Then u all can go to the Zentrum and visit other places.

Option 3 leave the kids at home with family or friends or nanny.

Then make it up to them afterward with a family day

smitpatel5 Were you able to take all your friends to PCD or just one friend? I remember u were driving with 3 other friends to PCD. I know PCD says only one other guest is allowed but wonder how strict they and and if Caladin can bring his kids and have them sit in the Cafetaria while he is doing the PCD with his wife.

PCD was amazing.

From being picked up at the airport in an X5, to the steak dinner when you check in, to being given a g80 to rip on the track, and all the team at PCD making you feel like a celebrity. The experience was one of a kind. After pickup we drove from SC to DC, stayed the night, and now I clocked enough miles to drop her off for break-in service this morning. Thank you guys for everything.

Awesome to hear!! Looking forward to pics!

Really looking forward to PCD this Thursday. Man I'm hoping I get picked up in the X5. I messaged the PCD folk and they said it just depends on what's available when I arrive, so it'll either be an X5 or just the hotel shuttle. Doesn't help that I'm landing close to 9pm

I would say "what's another month".... but this past month has been brutal for me and now that I'm 2 days away it's like time has slowed to a halt but hey... you're on the home stretch now!
