I ordered a set of the 15mm just incase. I will see if I have any more adjustment left when I bring it in for the alignment. If im maxed out I will put the spacers in. The rear settled a bit more than my front did.

Beautiful car. Its a shame the KW HAS kit is so limited on the rear height. I emailed both the US and Germany office. The US office pretty much blew me off. Telling me they have sold 270 kits and no one has said anything about the rear being too limited on height. I also emailed the Germany HQ and showed them this thread. They were much more responsive. They said they would talk to the product engineers immediately. They must be able to see an increase in spacer sales. So hopefully they do something because at max height that is just too low for me. If more people sent KW an email about this, they might do something for us. Who knows. But the more people that mention this, the better or chances of a revision. The spacer is a quick fix, but it will change the rear preload.

FISH22's pic appear to show the spacer between the spring and the adjustable collar. I think a spacer outside of the strut assembly (between the body and top hat/mount does not change preload. Again, I could be wrong. But that's how I believe spacers work. We should ask KW about this to confirm.

UPDATE:
I spoke to KW Germany about the rear height and showed them this thread. They unfortuniatly do not have a larger spring at this time. I asked them to confirm if the spacer changes the preload and this was his answer... "As long as the car is in range between mid of wheel – edge of fender of 339-354mm, then you are able to use this spacer without problems." Im am curious to see what no spacer max height is. And Id be interested to see what range you can get with the spacer.

Even with the spacers, I've noticed some settling in the rear, maybe a few mm's. |

I know there is a picture posted with the spring spacers here but can anyone post more
Pics from different angles please. Just installed my kw’s and hate the rears. I just ordered both 15 and 30 mm spacers and wondering if even 15 mm are too low. Considering doing 30’s and use the extra threads to adjust it. I feel like 20 mm spacers will be perfect. |

Oh god. KW NA sucks. They where not helpful to me at all. At least Joseph McClain wasn't... I ended up speaking with Nilis at KW Germany and he made no mention of the spacer voiding any warranty but he was receptive and helpful. Then again, I didn't ask about warranty. I will PM you his direct email address.

My stock x drive is 15" from hub to fender. So you got a 1" drop at the max setting.

I was. Based on photos, most KW HAS drops look level if not tucked. It just doesn't look right to me. But my car is stock and my rears are 15". So this means you are forced to a 1" drop at the minimum. 1" down from my 15" gap puts my fenders at a smidge less than 1 finger gap which is what I see all over picture wise. This is NOTHING close to what KW advertises. They say you get 0.2" to 1.0" rear drop. Yet at full height we are seeing a 1" drop? Something is not right IMO. That's a bummer we can drop the rear 1/2 or 3/4th an inch. You get 1" or more only with no spacer. It will be interesting to see what range we get with the spacer. Im going to email Nils at KW germany and ask about this 0.2 to 1.0" range they state the kit offers. Because it seems its only 1" or more.
