Lousy playoff games so far. What else can you expect when you expand to 7 playoff teams? Of course there will be a couple frauds who slide in (ahem Philly, Steelers).

Let's give the Niners some credit....good team getting hot at the right time. If they get their defensive players back, I think they beat GB.

The NFL just doent seem to be as good as it used to be maybe to many teams and not enough good players like most pro sports these days. They expand for $$ and get a mediocre result.

i haven't visited this thread at all this year. Not much to say as a Seahawks fan. That being said, the niners ride will come to an end next week.

The one thing i hope to see is rogers lose the SB. I dont want him to lose any other game except that one. I'm rooting for the Bills though, and Cincy. Love to see some new blood.

The NFL competition board and the player safety board have removed the essence of defensive football play. That is what has ruined the game. It's now just the NBA on turf; move the ball between the 20's and setup in the redzone to see who can get to the basket. The idea of defense has always been to attempt to take away the football from the offense ON EVERY PLAY. The way to do that is knock the shit out of the guy who has the ball. Google "Ronnie Lott".

I never was a big Brady fan, but to be honest, I'd kind of like to see him win another Super Bowl (over the Chiefs) just to rub it in a little bit more. I'm over Mahomes; he's been over-merchandized at this point. But you are right, time for some new blood.
