Status 150 is not really when physical production begins, it just locks the build at that point so no further changes can be made. Again, you might see the build enter status 150 a few days before your build week, but all of the actual steps of production will typically be started and completed within the same week, the production week.

Just went to status 150 today with a VIN. Prod date of 10/24 so prob got bumped up to Week 43.

Finally moved into production, by now am seeing a production date of 10/30.

Leading me to believe I’ve officially been pushed from week 43 to 44. Maybe it’ll change again, but at least I got my vin!

I can’t believe how popular IOMG and KO combo is! I think it’s just as polar of a pairing as red and IOMG.

Personally not for me as a combo. Individually , I like the red and KO. Just not with IOMG lol

Did you production date actually “change” from an earlier date you were already given?
Or did the initial date you see just be earlier than expected?

Just got my VIN/Production Begins status. The F12 trick is showing a 10/31 date. Not sure if that's the start or the finish date, but I'm excited either way. Feels like things are actually starting to happen!

It can take a few hours, from what I've seen usually 4-12hrs

Trying to figure out when to sell my car to see if I can move it before a trade in situation. I’m on the east coast. If I’m in quality control stage how long do you think it will be to be ready at dealer? 30 days give or take?

No more like 6 weeks, but there are many variables and causes for delays and also depends on how quickly the car gets on a ship. Trying to time this perfectly usually leads to disappointment and stress.

So basically wait until it’s at the port or in transit to flip my car. I can use a rental for work or the wife’s car.
