They claim euroklasse(where I purchased from) had to of gone through vivid racing as that was their dealer. Euroklasse carry 68 products from them they claim had to of been sourced through vivid. They also claim warranty begins when arrives to dealer not to client.

I don't know how Euroklasse gets their Arma products, so that's something you would need to discuss with Arma.

I can only answer the part related to me since for some reason I got brought up in this conversation, Arma parts you get from us are shipped directly from Arma, we are an authorized dealer and you get a full warranty.

I quoted and asked armaspeed if you would have full warranty. Didn't say you didn't, but how they spoke it implied vivid was the only approved distributor. When would you say the warranty period begins, when arrives to you or customer?

it does not arrive to me, it goes directly from Arma to the customer. Thats when the warranty starts.

Oh yeah. You're the only vendor I've seen with that flat rate shipping charge on them.

I wonder how many people with armaspeed intakes have encountered issues... was this an isolated case or are there more cases from people in this forum?... i had this intake in my list of possible mods but I may be removing it.

This depends on where you live. If you dont have a lot of fine grain particles flying around, I’d say clean as often as you’d be replacing the paper filters - 15k -20k miles. If you live in an area where there is a lot of sand flying around, I’d do 10k mi. Im sure you can use either thr K&N filter cleaning kit or the BMC cleaning kit and it’ll be fine as long as you don’t over oil the filters.

I just done this mod a month ago and same was so happy the sound is insane!

I was wondering what’s the maintenance on them do you have oil them or is just remove and get a blower to clean them ? I have emailed ARMASPEED and no reply even tried contacting them on here and no reply, surprised no maintenance instructions come with the kit. But agreed awesome kit sounds like a wastegate

Most keep the covers, which brings out the beauty of the intake.
