BMW CLE is always very aggressive with sales. Their manager is great. Service on the other hand, classic in willoughby has been my go to for the past 4 yrs

As for service, I haven’t done much other than routine maintenance so far but I can’t say I’ve had any issues there yet. I guess one time after the oil change they forgot to reset the light but came out and did it right away. BMW Westlake on the other hand…. I wouldn’t leave my car in their parking lot for an hour… let alone let them touch it. I’m really not one to trash places but they really honestly deserve it. Sales team was a complete joke, tried telling me I had to trade in my F80 that day and be left with no car while I waited 9 months for the new one to be built. Wanted a “non refundable” $5,000 deposit. Told me both of my turbos were blown and wanted $10k to replace them sight unseen… and when I went up there to see why the issue was, magically it went away? Used an impact driver to over torque my charge pipe after a spark plug replacement and cracked the eyelet on the charge pipe causing it to fly off on the highway under my hood, then tried saying it was my fault somehow when you could clearly see the head of the screw was stripped to hell. Don’t even get me started on the first bmw I ever bought from them with a faulty transmission which almost wound up in court. To summarize - BMW Cleveland = good. BMW Westlake = horrible. |

Just came across this thread after picking up an F80 recently. I’m in Lake County- Painesville. You guys have any good routes for spirited driving? There’s some nice curvey roads with elevation changes out here by the Grand River.
