When you get up in the morning and fill your coffee cup with cereal. Then go to the DMV to get plates for a trailer, wait your turn, then when the clerk asks you for a photo ID, you realize you left your wallet at home. Just not a good day.

Go to gym (first time this year?) and ride the elliptical for 15 minutes, then do some back stretching and leg lifts. Get a decent sweat going.

Next morning can hardly move arms/shoulders. . . and coworkers complain about moaning noises from your office.

Suddenly having hand cramping issues. Since my brother and I are working on the house and my new trailer all day, I haven't been riding. I'm thinking I'm not hydrating enough now. But these hand cramps are getting annoying.

I practice my bass standing up (daily for church) and when I'm done (an hour or more), I have to put the heating pad on my back for as long as I can stand the heat; usually hours!

Man, I know it’s counter to how you feel, but look into something cold. I recently found FreezeSleave and now have to fight the wife for them. They now have a body core version
