Just got to do my first drive with the millways installed. No real perceptible change in NVH, mostly a slightly louder boom when hitting the bump stop and the steering is a little more talkitive over tar snakes. Steering feel is slightly heavier and the car sets up and settles in quicker. Glad I went with the street plates and not the track ones with the uniballs.

Yes, this car needs camber! Photogs happen to catch my fastest lap where I overshot turn 2 and lost 0.4s
Can't wait for my Millways!

I did not hammer the factory brakes much at all, and I took a lot of cool down laps, so they held up very well! Race fluid and pad are a must however, as it took a lot of brake maintenance to keep them cool.

I think some of that is camber gain since you are in the dynamic range with lowering springs. Id like to get COG lower but waiting for a edc damper coil over to come out. The car is very softly sprung stock, which makes the curbs less impactful and upsetting to the car.

Got my EBC Bluestuff installed on Monday! As per EBC's bed in procedure:
https://ebcbrakes.com/race-motorspor...es/bedding-in/ I drove 100 miles then did 8X 80-30mph hard stops. By the 8th stop I had noticeable brake fade. I let the brakes cool and they functioned just as before. Is this normal to experience fad from the initial bedding? Just wanted to make sure since I never experienced this with PFC-08 on my F80.

Yes, can be normal with gassy pads. PFC pads are magic and don't really need bedding in or have issues with other pad compounds on the rotors.

When the brake pads and rotors get very hot, the pad material releases a very high temperature gas that gets between the pad and rotor that reduces the friction between the two. This is brake fade due to out-gassing. That's how we ended up with slotted and drilled rotors as they give the gas a place to escape. Some brake pads, likely that EBC, release a bit more gas than others during burnishing so that fade is expected. They shouldn't fade after burnishing so try it again a day or two later and bring a temperature sensor. You can only get the outside pad temperature, but it should be good enough to confirm that you're not overheating the pads. 80-20 MPH braking on a 3800 lbs car involves more heat than 80-20 MPH braking on a 3000 lbs car so that's another thing to keep in mind. The heavier the car, the easier it is to bring the pads up to temperature and potentially overheat them so maybe not as many passes are required. I've done 10 passes of three sets on my track car; 60-10, 80-10, 100-10. That would be overkill on the G80.
