Damn. Sorry to hear about all of that. I can say that the my Salesman tried to do the same thing to me a couple weeks ago. I called him with regards to the interest rate as it has been some time since this was done. He proceeds to say “We need to revisit everything”. I then proceeded to tell him “what in the fuck is that supposed to mean?” He says well…its been 6 months and we need to look at the trade in again blah blah blah. I started to laugh. Told him if anything you are going to give me more for my trade in, especially in this market. He then says well i really don’t want to bring this to management (to be very honest, i have an inside person and received a discount on the car) because you got a discount and they will not honor that if they see it. I freaked out. Told him ill be in touch later. I called my guy and he told me no. Dont worry. Ge doesnt know the relationship we have. So my story has a happy ending. It seems to me that the sales agents are getting greedy and basically they don’t want anything coming out of their pocket. Maybe I am wrong, but that seems what the deal was in my case.

Reading the developments of this thread make me sick and not want to support BMW despite how much I'm excited for my M4CX.

The most I really did was ask for a build sheet, but nothing more than that. Everything was discussed over the phone and in person. Like my CA told me they would be able to get the interest rates from up to 90 days after to running my credit, anything longer should still be ok. Getting back what they quoted for my trade in was already something of a worry, now worrying about them try to pull a bait and switch once the car gets here is a nightmare.

I came to terms with getting rid of my perfectly great F82, maybe I shouldn't say bye just yet….

This is what my dealership gave me. Outlines price 0.9% financing and loyalty rebate.

At the bottom says it binding but who knows if that's true.

"not binding UNTIL signed by the retailer" and it's signed, so technically should be binding.
