Hello all! I am new to this thread, but have been following along here and there when my schedule is not so busy. Just like most of you all have ordered a BMW, I order a 2022 BMW M340i back in Feb. I am a week 14 build as well and production was completed on April 20th. My online tracker shows the car is "In Transit" stage. It was delivered to Galveston from Veracruz. I wonder how long the VPC stage is before it is delivery to my dealership in San Antonio, TX.

Super excited to get the new ride, however wished I ordered a M440i now.

Time from arrival at port to delivery at dealership can vary a lot. I've seen as short as 2-3 days and as long as a month. Those are outliers thoughts. Most cars get delivered in 5-7 days if there are no stop sales.

Thanks for that information, 2-3 days seems short but reasonable the owner/dealership is near the port itself. San Antonio is roughly 3-4 hours away from Houston/Galveston so I'm hoping that my car gets to me quickly. It arrived on ARC Resolve on 5/27, but since Monday was a holiday it might have pushed some of the scheduling back. It's just a waiting game now since the BMW VPC in Galveston does not have a phone number where you can call. BMW Genius is just slow and far off. They told me that the vessel carrying my car would arrive today, when I tracked it and it arrived on May 27th.

Are you sure your car came in on the Arc Resolve? Did Genius provide that info? If so, yours is one of very few BMW cars to arrive at Galveston on an Arc vessel.

Yeah, my sales person send me a screenshot of that screen they see. When I also called BMW Genius they said it was on the ARC Resolve, which got to Galveston on May 27th.

I texted my sales person today and he said it still has to go through customs.

Yay!! Yeah, I am trying to patiently wait for it. Hopefully, they arrive this week to San Antonio, when I spoke with Genius and someone at the dealership they said it might release on the 8th and get here on the 11th, it could be sooner though.

Got an update today that my car is processed by VPC since 6/3 and is awaiting truck ride to the dealership. Now that is another part where i have heard it may take a while due to lack of available road transportation :-/

I would call your sales person and ask them. They quoted me that my car should be at San Antonio this coming week. If not, I know they will be hearing from me. My sales person is probably annoyed with me but they whole order process is a shit show.

If you decide to reach out to them ask when you estimated delivery date is to San Antonio. I want to see if they are telling everyone different answers.

Yeah, they quoted me Saturday June 11th for San Antonio delivery to dealership. At least the estimates are fairly accurate between those in Houston and San Antonio. Makes me feel a little better. Ohh, when I called earlier today they told me they already have a carrier for my car on for this Wednesday June 8th. I'm not sure if the Genius representative was just saying that or if it is true.

That's good to know! My dealer is in Dallas, I'll need to call Genius too. It should get here later than both of you two because of the distance. Either way I'm excited!
