I've read that the issue was with the valve controller. I don't know why a 4" single valve vs a 3.5" would make a difference though.

the one anotherpull and sergewhips posted sounds so raspy. IMHO it doesnt sound to good.

I'm not a fan of rasp personally, but the best sounding setups I've heard so far seem to lean toward the raspy side. To me, this does not sound particularly raspy, but also not quite as exciting as the V2 mid non-resonated with catback he had on his car previously. Of course he also has downpipes so hard to say what can be attributed to what.

Ive tried to look for vids with the 3.5" modular but I guess no one has made one yet.
