He was asking about the "Activation Code" not just the yes/no options. If you go into that module, on the bottom there's an "Activation Codes" button, click that then deactivate ASD's code, and that fully turns it off, further than what the yes/no options do.

Burbles actually have a performance function. When the throttle is near closed the DME sends more fuel to keep the turbos spooled, and prevents boost drop while switching gears. If you have intake mods and can hear your turbo, listen closely after letting off. It takes 1/2s or so before pssshhhh.

Some tunes might code them up for cosmetic reasons, but the core feature in moderation is there for performance.
