Perhaps the wipers are a bit old and hard/dry? Try buying new wipers/blade inserts or perhaps rejuventate them with a plastic/rubber protectant/conditioner like 303 aerospace. Apply and let soak in.

wipers can chatter some with coatings, its what you are signing up for. but they may allow you to not use your wipers at all in light to moderate rain. ive had coatings that worked well enough to not need wipers on except in heavy downpours. just gotta make sure you apply it perfectly.

The person who said to use the ceramic on the wiper sounds pretty smart .
Ceramic on the glass is funny I don’t see a obvious benefit that sticks out when used on glass for my cars sure it’s only a plus . Me I would strip the glass clean start over … Use a macquires APC get everything off the windshield . Use then that invisible glass spray waffle print towels … Then if want the rain off … use a nano wax in your hand spread it around even let sit for 5 minutes and you will hardly use your wipers .
