I must be using the wrong dealership, MSRP on my last two G83’s and not a whiff of a discount anywhere I’ve looked here in the NE except for a $500 loyalty rebate!! You all are good!!

I/my admin called 196 dealers across the country the last 7 days to find a 2024 M4 Xdrive Comp allocation as I wanted to order an individual color.
Results -190 No we do not -6 Yes, for 1-5K over MSRP -1 Yes, MSRP Next Level Auto Brokers is the person who helped me find what dealers actually had allocations. One of them got it done for me and got my individual color accepted today. I was hoping for a 2-3k discount but that was not a reality. Maybe it was for a brief time in February or for cars on the lot. But allocations seem to have smaller #s than I expected. |

I asked him for help and he sent me who to call after I called a bunch already. I want to do PCD in summer when the kids are off school and an individual color. Not the easiest parameters. I am where I am in life because I am not afraid to give credit to people who add value. |

In the end, I understand why people play ADMs and wouldn't fault anybody who does, I just personally wouldn't since I don't agree with the practice. |

It's even harder to justify ADM when you have already scratched that itch with one that I paid MSRP and was available in Sep. '21; same day I stopped to see BMWs at the dealership.
My dealership already knocked down $2.5K off of the $5K ADM on a unspoken allocation. I told them to let me know when they start talking MSRP or below. Funny thing is, by then, I probably would have realized that I don't really need to dump another $110K on a car that caused me so much stress and grief driving it in Crazy Colorado Springs (pot holes, accidents, debris, hail, etc.); I'm too OCD w/ my cars

Yes and no. Yes paid a $5k over for the car and it did have the $4,500 for the BRG, but the allocation was already in and close to going in to production so I was also paying for not having to wait X additional months for an allocation. Additionally, the dealer did PPF film on the front half of the car (about a $2-3k expense here locally), and that was included in that $5k ADM.

I just been offer MSRP for a brand new 2023 M3. I'm in Socal. The dealer said if I pass on the car, there are two customers in line that want the car and willing to pay $5k ADM and all cash. Should I pass?

Most 2023 models are either at the dealer or about to be there. If you are talking about car that will go into production it’s 2024. Clearly if they are offering to you at MSRP NOBODY is willing to pay $5K ADM becuase it would make zero sense for dealer to offer it to you when someone will $5k that they can pocket. So sounds like sales pitch to me. |

Inventory is starting to accumulate at dealers. All my local dealers have 2-5 M3 in stock. The dealer I have bought 20+ cars from is giving a 10% discount if I want an M3c and allocation immediately just the wait from production to dealer, Leasing this car so no funny business on payment. I am holding off till mid next year on placing the order as I think the car market will be hurting.

Anecdotally, in the DMV, it does seem like demand is softening and/or supply is caught up. Some months ago, when I was calling around looking for an allocation, ADM dealers had 0 people on their waitlists, suggesting there is no appetite or need to accept ADM anymore, at least around the DMV.

For an M3 Comp ? I call BS
M4 Vert yeah .. maybe doable M4 Coupe highly unlikely but possible And I haven’t seen any dealer with 3-4+ M3’s on the lot. Those that do are usually stripper base models. Or customer sold cars that auto pop on dealer’s websites.
