AC Schnitzer does but why spend 700 plus for a front set when you get the whole set from AST or wherever and only use the front?

Now ACS does drop the front less than the likes of AST, H&R, etc (fixed springs).

I think we need to list out whom has springs for the xDrive M3 and links to the springs they sell. I don't want/need adjustable springs as I won't ever adjust anything to my knowledge. But I'm new to BMW and the M3.

Based on my lowering, unlowering, relowering of both the X drive and RWD cars- all the components that are part of the suspension are the same. The only difference is the front drive shaft which is not sprung weight so its not part of the spring set up so it wont rely on adjusted spring rates due to weight.

I have owned both cars and they drive identical on the same roads I travel with the same exact suspension that I moved from the RWD to the X drive.

If you must have nomenclature that states 2022 AWD/X you might have to wait.

Do you have recommendations for what Front and Rear spacers you'd use with the lowering kit with the xDrive OEM wheels - considering I don't want rubbing and don't want to trim anything....

Depends, did you get Pirellis or Michelins? Here's the M3 xDrive we installed ASTs on with Pirellis & 10/12 Macht Schnell Spacers:

Unfortunately not. Let me know when you get the car and can do a spot check so I can recommend the correct sizing - spacers will always be available.

Haven't seen any G83s here to verify, but forsee any issues. Precision Sport Industries (PSI) would be your best location in Oviedo, FL.

I think most spacers will work with lowering springs.

If you're just lowering the front (and different driving dynamics aside as I'm not sure on that) - just from a looks perspective - the car already has the staggered wheel set up (with 19s up front and 20s in rear) so the car already has the ass up stance already. Just lowering the front may make it look a bit more pronounced and a bit off. Something to be aware of.

One thing to keep in mind is the car already has a lowered in the front stance with the staggered wheel set up (19 in front and 20 in rear) so the gap may look consistent between the front and rear if you just lower the front but the car itself may look a bit too nose down. also, think most wheel spacers should work with the wheels. H&R makes some.

And speaking of H&R, nothing yet on the xdrive springs but they said they were hoping to have them soon. KW says their springs does work with the RWD and AWD versions as some posts said earlier but Im hesitant to try it out if the suspension components are different on the xdrive compared to the RWD. Wondering if anyone has tried the KW out yet?

Many have tried already. Quite a few guys with Xdrive are running KW HAS. I was waiting myself to see if KW released an Xdrive version but After the holidays I plan to pull the trigger myself.

You can run both the MSS and the KW HAS kits on the Xdrive. IND has put KW’s on an Xdrive G80 so I ended up going with the KW’s. I’ll be installing them when I get the car along with spacers depending on the tire though. If I get Michelins I’d get 15 front 12 rear(IND spec) and Pirelli’s I’d go 10 front 12 rear due to rubbing in the front.

Hi,

Does anyone have a step by step guide as to how to remove the front driveshafts on the Xdrive to extend the suspension sub-assembly from the wheel arch enough to change the springs over?

Thanks

I have Michelin and i got rubbing issues with 12mm in the front. Im not sure why as most seem to be okay with this setup

I recommend checking with customers that have the same tires before installing the spacers
